Just right issues?I’d observe that as anyone who really doesn’t write on blogs so much (in reality, this may be my first post), I don’t suppose the term ‘lurker’ is very turning into to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault the least bit , however perhaps the blogosphere may come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that revel in reading the content material .

You'll want a workout that works every mlucse of your abs to their limits. The old 8 Minute Abs is a pretty solid workout.Depending on your current fitness level, I'd recommend trying P90X's Ab Ripper X . It's an extremely intense workout, yet relatively short. Give it a shot! Either video can be found w/ a quick search on youtube, I'm too lazy to link them, haha!

Best Exercise Videos?!? Want some real testimonials plesae!?I am looking into some home workout videos and I just can't decide and I am skeptical from the get-go. I am really interested in the beachbody programs but there are so many, P90X, Slim in 6, Hiphop abs, and many more, but those caught my eye the most! What I am worried about is a lot of these programs start out with things I know I can't do right now, my butt and hips are too heavy for me to even do a regular push up! (Pathetic I know). They show people that already seem small to me and then they just get toned and ripped. I need something a bigger girl can do lol. If the first DVD is a bunch of one armed push ups, I am going to get discouraged fast. I was also thinking of Zumba, I really like to dance. I just want results, and I would love everyone to share! And if anyone has any good nutrition tips. I was just planning on trying the 5 or 6 small healthy portions a day. I hear it works really well?!?
