Scarlett has the distinction of being the first munny designed with some semblance of real hair and... um... a chest plate. Both were made using Crayola Model Magic, an easy-to-find, air-drying model material.

Scarlett and Snake-Eyes were obvious choices for the G.I.Joe Collection Wave One entry at CustomCon16. Certainly, it will be a lot of fun to try my hand at the international versions of this character, namely Action Force Quarrel and the Argentinian Glenda.

(And yes, from an artistic standpoint, yellow is about as difficult for painting as it is for pre-Parallex Green Lanterns.)
