Transformer of the Day for December 2, 2009

-Faction: Autobot (Dinobot)
-Era: Generation One (1984-1993)

-Function: Flamethrower
“I Have No Need for Friends, Even Less for Enemies
-Notable Toy: Deluxe (Hasbro, 1993)

Notes: The Dinobots are clearly fan favourites and it’s a wonder they’ve not been recreated for reissue purposes. It would be nice to get an office Slag in cartoon colours, for like Swoop, the toy never quite matched the show’s artwork. Which is saying something, given that his Generation Two mould came in three different colour palettes.

  1. Based on the many other positive rvieews I decided to give this the benefit of the doubt. I needn’t have worried that I was wasting my money this little wireless speaker is brilliant. The sound quality from something so small is simply amazing. When opening the product my other half was questioning what on earth I had bought but soon was eating his words when he heard the fantastic sound quality. Would definitely recommend.

  3. I am really enjoying the themedesign of your blog. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems? A handful of my blog readers have complained about my website not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any advice to help fix this issue? akekfadfkafk

  4. I have a Coke Santa. My Uncle owned a coke bottling plant in the 1950 s. Santa has ayawls been beside our hearth at Christmas. One year, a mouse decided his tummy was a great place to nest. He’s been repaired and looks great. Just wondering if the original Santa had white or black boots? Ours has white boots and still has the coke bottle in his hand. Thanks,

  5. Mr. Mooney I would appreciate any info you can give about Sprite Boy, bnyeod what is on the offical Coca-Cola site. Do you happen to know what the thought was at the time as far as him being an elf? Although it’s been stated he wasn’t named after the drink, he was phased out shortly before the drink came out. Was the drink named after him? Thank-you Ann
